Immediately after school, any student who drives to campus should move their vehicle to a grassy area.
3:45 p.m. - 4:45 p.m. - Rehearsal
4:45 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - Put Water + Equipment In Stadium/Dinner in the Stadium/Relax/Dress bibbers down.
Bibbers Down = Compression Gear, Bibbers, Calf Length All-Black Socks, Marching Shoes.
6:00 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. - Ready for inspection - Memorial Garden
6:15 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. - Sectionals/Tuning
6:30 p.m. - 6:50 p.m. - Full Ensemble Warm-Up
6:50 p.m. - 7:10 p.m. - Line Up/March into Stadium via the North Entrance/Post at North End Zone
7:20 p.m. - 7:25 p.m. - ROTC takes the field/National Anthem followed by the team entering and fight song.
7:25 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. - Football Captain's meeting.
7:30 p.m. - Kick-Off
10:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m. - Game Over, Return to Band Hall and clean.
Things to remember:
Students are released after they finish putting away uniforms and equipment.
A group text will be sent out at the end of the game. Students should be ready for pick-up no more than 30 minutes following the end of the game.
Students should wait for their rides in front of the band hall. Not at the far ends of the parking lot. Please pick up students as soon as possible.

- All Front Ensemble equipment and extra percussion should be placed in the stadium immediately following rehearsal.
- You should plan on having your water jug in the stadium during home games. Please fill it and place it in the stadium during the dinner break.
- The podium must be placed on the track in front of the side one 45-yard line for pre-game.
- The large drum major podium must be placed just inside the north-end gate.
- The sound system needs to be placed in the band seating area.
- After 5:30 p.m. - Do not re-enter the stadium, do not walk around campus, and stay in the band hall.
- Make sure you adhere to the proper way to wear your uniform.
