3:00pm - 4:00pm - Band Run-thru in the stadium. Chaperones arrive at the band hall.
4:00pm - 4:50pm - Pack and get dressed. (Bibbers Down, Gray SOM T-Shirt and Black Shorts underneath.)
4:50pm - Load Busses/Check Role
5:00pm - 6:00pm - Travel to Escambia H.S.
6:00pm - 7:00 - Unload and Warm-Up
7:05pm - March into the stadium
7:30pm - Game time
10:00pm - 11:15pm Game Over, Load and Return to Band Hall.
