3:45pm - 4:00pm - Band Run-thru in the stadium. Chaperones arrive at the band hall.
4:00pm - 4:30pm - Pack, Snack and get dressed. (Bibbers Down, T-Shirt and Black Shorts underneath.)
4:30pm - Load Busses/Check Role
4:40pm - 5:40pm - Travel to Niceville H.S.
5:40pm - 6:20 - Unload and Warm-Up
6:20pm - March into the stadium
7:00pm - Game time
10:00pm - 11:15pm Game Over, Load and Return to Band Hall.
