Itinerary for the Milton Contest
Saturday, Oct. 2nd. 2021
Our first contest of the season! It will be a long but awesome day, I'm sure.
Parents, we would love it if you were able to make it to the performance.
9:45am - Call time. Please make sure to be in the stadium, on time with all of your equipment.
10:00am - Noon - Rehearsal in the stadium
Noon - 2:00pm - Snack, Pack, and Load. Lunch is Mac and Cheese with Hotdogs. We will travel in Khakis and
either clean white T-Shirts, or older band T-Shirts. Band shoes and black socks.
2:00pm - 3:00pm -Travel to Milton H.S.
2:45pm - 3:00pm - Unload and go into the stadium. (We will wear show shirts and Khakis)
3:45pm - 6:30pm - Watch other bands
6:20pm - 7:10pm - Meet back at the busses to Unload, Dress and Ready for Warm-Up.
Students must leave the stadium following Escambia High School's Performance.
7:10pm - 7:20pm - Transition to Warm-Up area "B".
7:20pm - 7:50pm - Warm-Up
7:50pm - 8:05pm - Transition to gate.
8:05pm - 8:20pm - Perform an awesome show!
8:20pm - 8:40pm - Return to buses to load equipment. We will reenter the stadium bibbers down.
You must have your Show T-shirt underneath.
10:00pm - 10:30pm Awards Ceremony.
10:30pmish - Travel back to NHS. A Remind Group message will be send when we turn onto HWY 87.
(Students should eat dinner in the stadium concession area. We will not be stopping for food on the way home.)

Parents, we strongly encourage you to come and cheer on your students. They work really hard and, the atmosphere at a marching event is so different than a football game. If you've never been, you'll really enjoy it.
Spectator tickets are $7 for adults.
Children under 5 are free.
Parking is free.
Lastly, students are expected to stay the entire day with the group and should only request to leave under extreme circumstances.
