3:45 pm - 4:15 pm - Band Run-thru in the stadium. Chaperones arrive at the band hall.
4:15 pm - 4:50 pm - Pack, Snack and get dressed. (Black Shorts, White Property of T-Shirt and Black Band Shoes.)
4:50 pm - Load Busses/Check Role
5:00 pm - 5:45 pm - Travel to GBHS.
5:45 pm - 6:30 pm - Unload, Eat Dinner and Warm-Up
7:05 pm - March into the stadium
7:30 pm - Game time
10:00 pm - 11:15 pm Game Over, Load and Return to Band Hall.
