2016 Joyce Colbert-Jones Scholarship

As you may or may not know, Mrs. Dorsey provides this scholarship in memory of her sister, who was an avid smooth jazz fan.
Unfortunately, Mrs. Colbert-Jones passed away while attending the Seabreeze Jazz Festival a few years ago.
