3:45pm - 4:15pm - Band Run-thru in the stadium. Chaperones arrive at the band hall.
4:15pm - 5:00pm - Pack, Snack and get dressed. (Bibbers Down, Gray SOM T-Shirt and Black Shorts underneath.)
5:05pm - Load Busses/Check Role
5:15pm - 6:00pm - Travel to Choctawhatchee H.S.
6:00pm - 6:45 - Unload and Warm-Up
6:45pm - March into the stadium
7:00pm - Game time
10:00pm - 11:15pm Game Over, Load and Return to Band Hall.
