3:45 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. - Band Run-thru in the stadium. Chaperones arrive at the band hall.
4:15 p.m. - 4:50 p.m. - Pack, Snack and get dressed. (Bibbers down, White Jolly Roger T-Shirt, Black Socks and Black Band Shoes.)
4:50 p.m. - Load Busses/Check Role
5:00 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. - Travel to THS.
6:15 p.m. - 6:40 p.m. - Unload, and Warm-Up
6:40 p.m. - March into the stadium
7:00 pm - Game time
10:00 p.m. - 11:15 p.m. - Game Over, Load and Return to Band Hall.
