Itinerary for Aug. 29th. - Sept. 2nd.

It's our first home game of the season so, the stadium and concession stand will be rocking!

If you are a parent or know of someone who can volunteer, please click here to visit the sign-up page. We will need tons of help in the concession stands as well as working with the students in the stands. We need to have a volunteer application in hand for you as well.

Tuesday, Aug. 30th.

3:45pm - 6:30pm - Full Band Rehearsal - Horns, Percussion and Guard

Wednesday, Aug. 31st.

Band Hall Closed - No Rehearsal

Thursday, Sept. 1st.

3:45pm - 6:30pm - Full Band Rehearsal - Horns, Percussion and Guard

Friday, Sept. 2nd. - Home Vs. Washington H.S.

Rehearsal Reminders: 
All Students wear black shorts and white solid white t-shirts. 
All Students wear tennis shoes that lace up. (no flip flops, sandals or bare feet)
Students should always have their water jug, instrument, music and drill charts. 
Students should bring snacks to eat after school.
Rehearsals are in extension of the classroom and students are expected to attend all after school        
rehearsals for their entire duration.

This will be an exciting and hectic week because we have our first football game and it is away! Please make sure that you keep and eye on this page as well as the Performance Details page for this coming Friday. 

There will be a Remind message coming out on Monday for students to select what they would like for dinner on Friday afternoon. Parents, unless they don't have access to a phone, please let your student make those selections. It keeps us from having double orders. Remember, if a meal or meals are ordered in your student's name, they are responsible for the cost. 

If you are a parent and can volunteer, please do. We need to have a volunteer application in hand for you as well.

J/V Football Game - This is a qualifying, money making event for those parents wishing to receive a $25.00 credit towards fair share contributions. You can go here to sign-up.
