4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. - Band Picture Proof Viewing - In the gym hallway next to the band room.
5:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m. - Color Guard Rehearsal.
Tuesday, Aug. 21st.
3:45 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. - Full Band Rehearsal - Includes Horns, Percussion, and Color Guard.
4:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. - Band Picture Proof Viewing - In the gym hallway next to the band room.
Wednesday, Aug. 22nd.
The Band Hall is Closed!
Thursday, Aug. 23rd.
3:45 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. - Full Band Rehearsal - Includes Horns, Percussion, and Color Guard.
Friday, Aug. 24th. - Game Day!!!
Parents may sign-up to Volunteer or Drive the Equipment Truck here.
This week's pre-game meal will be from Chick-Fil-A. All orders must be completed by Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. because we have to give the order to CFA on Thursday morning.
Please visit our online store to order and pay for your meal by Wednesday evening.
Students should wear the following on game day:
During the school day - If our new band T-shirts are in, we will wear those to school. Don't forget it's crazy sock day too.
For the game - Students will wear our travel uniform consisting of Khaki Shorts, Band Polos, Short Black Socks, and Black Band Shoes.
The Color Guard will decide on their travel uniform during class.
Game Day Schedule:
3:45 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. - Rehearsal
4:00 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. - Chaperones and Van arrive.
4:15 p.m. - 5:15 p.m. - Load equipment and buses.
5:15 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. - Travel to Catholic H.S.
6:15 p.m. - 7:00 p.m. - Unload equipment, Eat Dinner, Ready for inspection and warm-up.
7:10 p.m. - March into the stadium.
7:30 p.m. - Kick-Off
10:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. - Return back to NHS.
A Remind group text will be sent out when we are 30 minutes from the school.Students are released as soon as they are finished putting away uniforms and equipment. Students should be ready for pick-up no later than 30 minutes following our arrival back to the school.
Please pick up students promptly.
