3:45pm - 6:30pm - Band Practice - Horns and Percussion
3:45pm - 7:30pm - Color Guard 
5:00pm (or as soon as you can be there) - Prop building

3:45pm - 6:30pm - Front Ensemble Rehearsal

Fair Share Payment #4 $100.00 due.

Friday, Oct. 2nd. Home vs. Pace HS. 

Students will need the following:
Report to school wearing their Alcatraz T-shirt. The guard will wear their black guard t-shirts.
The Band will wear their formal band uniforms for the performance. We are expecting the guard uniforms to be delivered this week as well. 

Afternoon Schedule
3:45pm - 4:30pm - Friday afternoon Run-Thru
4:00pm - Volunteers needed to pick-up meal deal food. Please contact karen@theraiderband.com for more.
4:15pm - Chaperones that can get here at this time start arriving. Will help pass out meal deal food.
4:30pm - 5:30pm - Pregame Meal and get dressed. 
5:00pm - Members of the Holly Navarre MS Band start arriving. We are expecting roughly 80 total including parents.
We will also feed them Pizza and drinks.
6:00pm - 6:30pm - Warm-Up in the Memorial Garden
6:50pm - March into stadium

The senior night meal will be in the new cafeteria starting at 6:00pm. All seniors and their guest should report there.
 

Saturday, Oct. 3rd. 

9am - 4pm - Mini-Camp 

Sunday, Oct. 4th.

8:00am - 5pm - Percussion Carwash @ Centennial Bank - more info TBA

Friday, Sept. 25th. Away vs. FWB H.S. 

Students will need the following:
Report to school wearing their Alcatraz T-shirt. The guard will wear their black guard t-shirts.
Bring Band Polo, Black socks (completely black calf length socks w/no logos), Khaki Pants, Belt and Marching shoes.
Music Lyre (Instrumentalist)
Everyone should have their water jugs.

Afternoon Schedule
 
3:45pm - 4:15pm  Pre-Game Run Thru
4:00pm - Concessions Volunteers and Chaperones begin to arrive.
                Feed the Raiders Meals arrive. You can order  yours here. The deadline to order a meal deal for students                     and chaperones is Wednesday at 9:00pm. After that, no orders will be taken.
              
When ordering, make sure that a parent and a student aren't both ordering for the same person. We had several double and triple orders. Remember, once we forward the order to Publix and Hungry Howie's, we have entered into an agreement to purchase everything on that order form. You have agreed to purchase everything you ordered. 

Payment - Payment is expected on Friday morning during class. We cannot wait until game time as the food is paid for when it is picked up.

Payment type - We prefer exact cash for meal deals. All other band payments i.e. dues, etc., should be made via check or money order 
payable to NHS BAND.

We sure could use help in transporting and passing out the food on game day afternoons. It takes to vehicles to carry everything.

3:45pm - 4:20pm Friday Run-Thru
4:00pm - Chaperones arrive
4:30pm - 5:30pm Feed the Raiders Meal Deals or Snacks from home. Change into Polos and Khakis.
5:30pm - Load buses and depart for FWB H.S.
6:15pm - 6:35 Unload and Warm-Up
6:35pm - March into Stadium
6:50pm - National Anthem
7:00pm - Kick-Off
10:00pm - 10:30pm - Game Over, Return to Band Hall and clean.

Students are released as soon as they are finished putting away uniforms and equipment.
A Remind group text will be sent out at the end of the game, students should be ready for pick-up no later than 
30 minutes following the end of the game.
Please pick-up students promptly.

As we are now into our marching season, we will adhere to the following rehearsal schedule. We have found over the past several years that this schedule makes the best use of your student's time as well as the available rehearsal facilities.

Remember, this is a $$$ event and many volunteers and chaperones are needed at home games.  Please visit our Charms calendar here to take sign up.

Tuesday, Sept. 15th.

Uniform Fee #2 Due $40
Remember, if you are a returning member and your MTX marching shoes are still in good condition (clean up nicely, no worn out soles etc.) then you do not have to purchase a new pair. That means you do not have to pay $35 for new a new pair of MTX marching shoes. If you have any questions concerning the condition of your MTX, please bring them to Mr. Barrow.

As you know, this is a special week because we do not have a game this coming Friday. 
Rehearsals will remain the same.

Tuesday, Sept. 8th. 

3:45-6:30pm - All Band Rehearsal. The Percussion rehearses until 7:30pm.
6:30 - Band Booster Meeting in the media center. 

Wednesday, Sept. 9th. 

6:00 - 7:30pm - Senior Night Workshop in the media center. We need volunteers to help make Sr. ribbons.

Thursday, Sept. 10th. 

3:45-6:30pm - All Band Rehearsal. The Percussion and Colorguard rehearses until 7:30pm.

Friday, Sept. 11th. 

No Game Enjoy your weekend.
As a reminder, we have another open date on Oct. 23rd. Currently, there is a rehearsal scheduled for that evening from 3:45pm - 8:00pm. Saturday the 24th., is our last competition.
