Band Fair Share Donation Due - $55.00 At this point, we are counting on all members to have donated $165.00
Saturday - All-State Tryouts for those signed up.
Game Day Schedule:
Friday
3:30pm - 4:00pm - Afternoon Run-Thru
4:00pm - Chaperones arrive at the band hall.
4:00pm - 4:30pm Dressed in Black Show Shirt and Black Shorts
4:30pm - Load Busses
4:45pm - Depart for Catholic H.S.
6:00pm - Arrive at Catholic H.S.
6:00pm - 6:30pm Unload and Eat Dinner
6:30pm - 6:40pm - Warm-Up and March into the stadium
7:00pm - Game time
10:00pm - 11:15pm Game Over, Load and Return to Band Hall.

Students are released as soon as they are finished putting away uniforms and equipment.
A Remind group text will be sent out at the end of the game, and students should be ready for pick-up
approximately 30 minutes afterward.
Please pickup students promptly.
