No School/Rehearsal! Teacher Planning Day.

Tuesday
Marching Exhibition
4:00 PM - 5:00 PM - Rehearsal/Run-Thru
5:00 PM - 6:15 PM - Eat Dinner (Pizza Provided), Dress and ready for Line-Up
6:25 PM - 6:30 PM - Line Up and march into the stadium

Wednesday - Band Hall is closed

Thursday 
4:00 PM - 7:00 PM - Full Band Rehearsal

Friday
No Game, Mini Camp 3:45 PM - 8:00 PM

​8:00 am - Band Hall opens
8:30 am - 10:00 am - Rehearsal begins at 8:30 am in the stadium, please do not be late. 
10:00 am - 11:15 pm Load equipment and eat lunch, Taco Salad, provided by the band. Parents are welcome to come and help cook/serve starting at 9 am. 
11:15 pm - 11:30 pm - Load buses
11:30 pm - 2:00 pm - Travel to Channell-Lee Stadium. We will travel in our show shirts, khakis, band shoes, and socks.
2:00 pm - 2:15 pm - Try to find a parking spot!
2:30 pm - 5:30 pm - Watch bands in stadium. Leave after the Daleville HS Band
5:30 pm - 6:40 pm - Unload and Dress.
6:40 pm - 6:50 pm - Transition to Warm-Up
6:50 pm - 7:35 pm - Warm-Up
7:35 pm - 7:40 pm - Transition to the performance gate.
7:40 pm - 8:00 pm - Performance!

Following our performance, we will return to the stands as a group and watch the rest of the bands.

9:15pm - 9:30 Awards 
9:30pm - 10:30pm- Load trucks and buses
10:45pm - 1:15am - Head home!

A Remind message will be sent once the buses are headed southbound on highway 87.
When we return home, students are not dismissed until all equipment is unloaded and put away.

5:00 PM - 7:00 PM - Percussion rehearsal
4:00 PM - 7:00 PM -Color Guard rehearsal 

Tuesday
4:00 PM - 7:00 PM - Full Band Rehearsal

Wednesday - Band Hall is closed

Thursday 
4:00 PM - 7:00 PM - Full Band Rehearsal

Friday
Away Game vs. Milton H.S.
We need chaperones for this game. You may sign-up here. 

Game Day Schedule: 

3:45pm - 4:15pm - Band Run-thru in the stadium. Chaperones arrive at the band hall.  
4:15pm - 4:50pm - Pack, Snack and get dressed. (Bibbers Down, White Property of T-Shirt and Black Shorts underneath.)
4:50pm - Load Busses/Check Role
5:00pm - 6:00pm - Travel to Milton H.S. 
6:00pm - 7:00 - Unload and Warm-Up  
7:05pm - March into the stadium
7:30pm - Game time
10:00pm - 11:15pm Game Over, Load and Return to Band Hall.

Students are released as soon as they are finished putting away uniforms and equipment.
A Remind text  will be sent as the band is heading southbound on highway 87. Students should be ready for pick-up no later than 30 minutes afterward.

Please pick up students promptly.

Saturday
District Marching Contest at Tate H.S.

Performance Day Schedule

8:30 am - Band Hall opens
9:00 am - 11:00 am - Rehearsal 
11:00 am - 12:30 pm Load equipment and eat lunch
12:30 pm - 12:45 pm - Load buses
12:45 pm - 2:15 pm - Travel to Tate High School
2:15 pm - 2:30 pm - Try to find a parking spot!
2:30 pm - 3:40 pm - Potty Break, Unload, Dress.
3:40 pm - 3:45 pm - Transition to Warm-Up area B.
3:45 pm - 4:15 pm - Warm-Up
4:15 pm - 4:25 pm - Transition to the performance gate.
4:25 pm - 4:30 pm - Hold at the gate. 
4:30 pm - 4:50 pm - Performance!
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm - Watch remaining bands and awards ceremony.
9:00 pm - 11:00 pm - Load buses, travel back to NHS, unload, dismiss. 

Following our performance, we will reload the trucks and change back into our khaki shorts, black show shirt, and band shoes. Students who are going to retreat should keep their uniforms readily available. 

Ticket Prices for the Marching MPA at Tate HS:
$6 General, $7 Reserved.  Under 6 and senior citizens $5

We still need a lot of Concessions Volunteers. You may sign-up here. 

Game Day Schedule: 

12:00pm - Students will be released from school. They are free to go home and come back for rehearsal or hang out in the band room. If they stay, meal deals will be arranged.
5:00pm -  Rehearsal
6:15pm - Get dressed
6:30 - Ready for inspection - Memorial Garden  

6:30pm - 6:50pm Warm-Up
6:50pm - March into Stadium
7:10pm - Pre-Game Show
​7:30pm - Kick-Off
10:00pm - 10:30pm - Game Over, Return to Band Hall and clean.
