Itinerary for the week of April 26th-May 1st

While the calendar doesn't seem too busy this week, compared to the next month to come, we still have a few important things happening this week. Please make sure that you do your part by being on time, prepared, and present.

Monday-Thursday - SALE, SALE, SALE!!! Please make sure that you are doing everything that you can to promote our BBQ Plate SALE! 

REMEMBER: FOR EVERY 10 TICKETS YOU SELL, YOU'LL GET TO THROW ONE PIE AT MR. KERSEY, MISS TINA, OR MISS JANETTE. (Mr. Barrow, too, we just aren't publicizing that part.) :-)

Thursday, April 29 - FULL BAND PRACTICE 3:45-6:00 pm - This is for Horns and Percussion

Friday, April 30 - Color Guard Dress Rehearsal 3:45-5:30 pm
Also, Friday afternoon, evening, and night, we will need help preparing for our BBQ Plate Sale.

​Saturday, May 1 - ALL HANDS ON DECK!!! From 8 am-7 pm, it's all about serving BBQ Plates to those people who are supporting your band program. Remember, our BBQ sales are our biggest fundraiser, and we will need your help. So, make sure that you sign-up to work a shift. We will need your help!
