Can I say Straight 1's!!!
Congratulations to our students and staff on an absolutely awesome weekend! What a a way to end our competitive season. I am so proud of your where you have taken this show. Your accomplishments are a testimony to your hard work, dedication and love of what we do. Remember, Finis Coronat Opus...The End Crowns the Work.
A special thanks to those parents who did such a wonderful job with our senior night celebrations. It keeps getting better and better and I really appreciate all you do. Equally, I want to thank all of the parent volunteers that chaperone our events as well as volunteer in our concession stands. You guys are amazing and an integral part in everything we do. Again, thank you for your continued support.
This week we start dialing back our marching band activities and transitioning to our winter groups. Now it REALLY gets busy. Following Thanksgiving break, we will be in full swing with two concert bands, indoor percussion and winterguard. The band hall is a beehive a full 5 days a week!
Please be on the lookout for added football games. Our team is again having an awesome year and that normally means extra games...and extra concession nights. That's a good thing!
Lastly, please make sure that you are making an effort to stick to our fair share contribution schedule. The band uses these funds to do all we do and we need everyone's participation.
Please make sure to take advantage of the volunteering opportunities for this week and make sure to complete the meal deal for those students wanting to stay this coming Friday.
Thanks in advance!
