Symphonic Band Pre-MPA Concert/Clinic on Thursday, Feb. 19th.

2/16/2026

We’re excited to announce that this Thursday, we will hold our Pre-MPA (Music Performance Assessment) clinic! This special rehearsal/concert is a fantastic opportunity for our band members to receive valuable feedback from experienced clinicians.

During this event, our band will play through their prepared pieces, and clinicians will be present to work with us in real-time, providing critiques and suggestions on how to enhance our performances. While this is not a traditional concert setting, we invite parents and family members to come in and witness this educational process.

This is a valuable experience for our students as they will gain insights that can truly help them shine in upcoming performances. We encourage everyone to attend, support our musicians, and experience the growth in action!

We look forward to seeing you there for an evening filled with music and learning!

Afternoon Itinerary

3:30-4:30 p.m. - Pizza (provided) and Set-Up. The clinic will be in the NHS GYM.
4:30-6:00 p.m. - Rehearsal
6:00 p.m. - Doors open to the public
6:30 p.m. - Clinic begins

Students should wear concert black.

We’re excited to share some great news about our Navarre Indoor Programs! At the recent University of West Florida show, our Winter Guard took home 3rd place, and our Indoor Percussion group finished 5th. Both teams have been working really hard, and their effort is paying off with these awesome results.

With their strong performances, both groups are now well-positioned to compete for medals at the upcoming circuit championships. We couldn’t be prouder of how much they’ve grown and accomplished this season!

You still have two more chances to catch our groups in action before Circuit Championships:

* February 28th: Choctawhatchee High School
* March 21st: Robertsdale High School
* March 28th: Circuit Championships at West Florida High School

Come out and cheer on our amazing Winter Guard and Indoor Percussion as they keep working toward their goals. Congratulations to all the students and staff for your hard work—you make us proud!
