And just like that...it's over. Yes, we have come to the end of our competitive marching band season and we only have two more regular seasons remaining. 

At this time of year, our schedule shifts gears to a maintenance schedule for marching band as we dive headlong into Concert Band, Indoor Percussion and Winterguard.

The marching band schedule will be Thursdays from 4:00-5:00pm. until the marching season is over.

We will most definitely have extra games this year and, as they are announced, I will update the schedule.

Thursday, Oct. 29th. - 4:00pm - 5:00pm - Full Band Rehearsal
                                    3:00pm - 9:00pm - J/V Football Concessions
                                    7:00pm - 8:00pm - Indoor Percussion Parent/Member Interest Meeting.

For the second weekend in a row, our students rated straight superiors at one of the areas most competitive contest. The staff and I are very proud of all of their hard work. I want to send a special thank you to all of the parent volunteers who help us make it happen. Your help plays such a huge part of their success. 

This week's schedule for Oct. 19th. - 24th. is here. It is another "not quite as busy", busy week. On the bright side, it's the last week of our full rehearsal schedule for the marching season.

It's time to sit down and start working on All-County auditions, Indoor Winterguard, Indoor Percussion and Christmas music!

Congratulations Raider Band!!!

What a great weekend. I can't tell you how proud I am of all of our Staff, Students and Parents that keep the Raider Band looking great! 

We still have two more weeks left in our competition season so, we can't let up but wow, what a way to start!
